Q: How do I make my HOA payment?

Q: When are the community HOA meetings?
A: Last Tuesday of the month starting at 7 pm
by the pool.

Q: When are trash pickup days?
A: Trash is picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Q: When is bulk pickup?A: Bulk pickup is the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. Bulk items may be placed out at
the cul-de-sac starting at 5pm on the Monday prior.

Q: How do I obtain a barcode?A: Barcodes are required to access Pierpointe through the resident side. A barcode
application will need to be submitted along with payment to the Master Board. We ask
that all residents of Pierpointe obtain a barcode to reduce the number of vehicles
entering through the guest lane on a regular basis.

Q: Where can I park additional cars?A: The first two (2) vehicles should be parked within your driveway and/or garage.
Residents with more cars than they are able to park within their property limits are
encouraged to coordinate with their neighbors who may have additional space available.

Q: Is there anything I need to do before making modifications to the exterior of my home?
A: An ARC form MUST be completed, submitted to Atlantis and approved by the PP3
Board prior to implementing any physical modifications. This may include exterior house
painting, roof repair/replacement, solar panel installation, garage door replacement,
pergola additions, fence repair/replacement, tree removal, etc. ARC forms are available online and may be submitted to Atlantis electronically via email or by hard copy to their office.

Q: Who is our management company and what do they do?
A: Atlantis Management Services is the management company currently contracted by
the PP3 HOA. Please contact Atlantis for any general questions or concerns relating to
the community operations, payment of monthly HOA dues, resolution of open violations,
ARC applications, and parking. Atlantis Management can be reached at (954)450-9400.
